Y'have to hand it to these guys - dedication, skill, and most of all...time!

I have a long-standing ambition one day to join one of those groups, but MS FS does offer some consolation with excellent AI/Recorder Module features:

True Reflection Pass can't be done in RL but spot view in FS is made for this:

VTB practice nearly daily I've been to a few of their tryouts its extremely difficult to fly like that on lockon. It requires alot of concentration and a good hotas and trakir to do it properly. In AF its actually easier to do formations and refuelling as the throttle is more sensitive. I think they also used FS in the past in one of their movies.

How do they get their screnshots, pause the game/replay??

Well theres a couple of ways that they would do it, for starters you can record the entire flight as a track and watch it again afterwards where you can review it at any position and take pictures or edit it for a movie. The other way is to take the pictures as a snapshot in flight. I've done this at times where I felt that the view was good for a picture.
