Available at Just Flight for download.
Have they sorted out all the bugs in this yet?
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

This is one i would like , 'Their Finest Hour' a BOB sim from the late 80s was a lotta fun , wonder how this would compare and yes the early release was bugged out and required a good PC.

No they havent, I have put my version away in the draw.
I would only by this if you have the latest computer.

Check out the Kiwisim thread under IL2 on this topic, theres heaps of info on how to config CLOD

75% off sale at Get Games ... US$12.49 works out about NZ$16-$17 http://www.getgamesgo.com/product/il-2-stu...cliffs-of-dover

So at that price I thought I'd take a chance ....

... just downloading now but is very slow, 140 odd kbs and 6-7 hours, but can pause and resume with their installer.

Still need steam to install though, and probably updates and patches to install yet.

Will let you know how I get on with install etc, may still regret it, but at least it was cheap smile.gif

Cheers Esq.

Will do Ian ... having played IL2 since first release I'm hoping the performance is as scalable in CoD.

Just wish their servers were faster ... 160kbs for 6Gb's of files is a bit sluggish to say the least!

I wonder if they are giving it away because they are giving up on it?

Last Generation I 7 only. Eventuell next year with the next PC. I have it installed on a I 5 760, capable enough for FSX, but there was no Chance to fly anything.
