Finally managed to get my hands on IL2 1946, been busy playing around with it and downloading the sound + aircraft mod from AllAircraftArcade. Busy trying to find new campaigns or missions to use with the new maps though can't seem to get them working. I can't for the life of me figure out the Full Mission Builder, and the quick mission builder is a bit too basic. Anyone in the know, is it possible to get more maps added into the quick mission builder?

Or know of some good Single Missions/campaigns with some new maps?

Really enjoying the game so far, though feels like I've ran into a brick wall now that I have the urge to fly on a new more detailed map. No intention of flying online yet though, maybe when I get used to flying these again.

Yeah Been flying IL2 for years now
one thing I can say is Fly online dude ......its great fun and really opens the game up .....................20 on 20 battles etc etc
Stick with playin around with the full mission builder , It wont take ya too long to figure out !

Yeah I've got to get online at some point. Won't be for a while though. Been a good year or 2 since I've last flown the IL2 game, have to get used to it again before I go online and embarass myself.

The most I've been able to do in the FMB is start it, can't figure out how to place objects, flight paths etc. Might have to find an online manual for it, I got a 2nd hand IL2 which didn't have the manual
