Got FSX Deluxe today and the default New Zealand looks very dusty and brown so went to install the 20nm mesh. Uninstalled it from FS2004 and then started the install but it gave an error message saying the FS9.exe was not in the path and that it needed to be installed in the FS2004 directoy.

Anyone got thos to work yet?

Hi John

That's correct. The installer isn't made for FSX (obviously). But it's as simple as Robin says: just copy the mesh folder over to FSX and add the scenery within FSX and you're set :)

Cheers,
Christian

I have found it does work after all.
I was pointing the installer in the wrong place. I was pointing it to the addon scenery directory instead of the base directory. Just installing now.

Excellent. Just be aware that the topo may not work out of the box (I'm yet to try this myself).
