Using the store can be a tricky experience if you are new to making purchases via the web, but it can be easier if you understand some of the steps you need to take to order a product.
Choosing products:
You can browse the store, and add products to your shopping cart, without having to login or create an account, and without any need to complete your order, so feel free to have a good look around.
However, if you wish to make an order you will need to create an account, which involves filling out a few details which are required to complete your order.
These details include your name, address and relevant contact details, including an email address. The Store will display the Godzone Virtual Flight

These 3 sections should answer any questions you may have regarding what the store does with the information you supply, but if you have any other questions you should contact me via the Contact Us button in the store.
The steps you will have to take within the store to make a payment are:
Create an account, or login to an existing account;
Select a delivery address.
Select a payment method.
Complete the payment.
There are a number of ways to pay for products within the store. The most common method is using a credit card. Only Mastercard and Visa are accepted directly by the store, but you can also make credit card payments via Paypal, who may be able to accept any other credit card you may have.
Normal credit card payments are processed automatically via the Paymex gateway.
Paypal is quite a useful way to make purchases via the Web, but it has its own requirements to become a member. If you need to sign up to Paypal, you may find it a nuisance that you need to complete much of the same information for both the Godzone store and the Paypal site, but this is a necessary step the first time you sign up for Paypal. Subsequent purchases -- at any site which supports Paypal -- are much easier!
You can also pay by bank transfer, either a traditional transfer or by internet banking. Just select the relevant option -- the store will supply details of the bank account information you will need to make payment. Payment normally shows up within 24 hours, so please be patient with this method.
If you wish, you can order by phone (within New Zealand.) The details are on the Contact Us page within the store.
All orders should be processed within 24 hours. CD products are normally shipped within 24 hours. Downloads are normally available immediately following a credit card or Paypal payment, but there are exceptions, such as upgrade orders.
