Changes in the Godzone Store

Real NZ Southern Lakes Adventure and Real NZ Supercity are too big for the freeware sites, so the license will stay the same, I've just combined them into one product for $5.
The compilations have also been removed, as the only 'premium' product remaining is Real NZ Nelson.
I've also removed the Media Delivery Service, as this doesn't seem to be required -- just one order in six months! So everything will be download-only now.
