Just wanted to publicly thank Robin for the excellent and shockingly fast support given to me when I was having issues redownloading Nelson.

First, the reactivation of the download links was extremely quick!

Second, being on the other side of the globe has it's disadvantages when trying to connect with servers in New Zealand, and as a result, I was having issues successfully downloading the product (slow connections eventually timing out). Robin temporarily adjusted the download limit for me suggested using a download manager. After a few more tries, success! I'm now happily flying around the absolutely excellent Nelson area again!

So....thanks Robin!

Glad it was sorted, Sean. I do have a couple of resellers who handle my scenery, but nothing in the US -- the demand just hasn't been there. One day when the business is running full-speed I'll look at that again.

Ive always had fantastic support from Rob . I remember the first thing i purchased from him (for 2002 i think) he delivered it himself ! dont get that today.
And he and Timmo are always great when i forget my order numbers etc .... think global Rob and Timmo .... legends.
