I have a few titles for FS9 on Cd. Can I upgrade to FSX.

Yes, take a look at
the upgrade options here.Bear in mind though that these extend the license of the qualifying product, so you need to keep the license for the FS2004 stuff.

I have the following on CD.
Wanaka & Tekapo
Aucklnad City
Tauranga & Rotorua
Wellington Airport and City
Marlborough.
So whats the next best option.
I do not need the Wanaka package.

Just go through the upgrade products which I linked to earlier. They each show the qualifying products. From memory, you'd be entitled to:
Southern Lakes Adventure (Qualifying product: Wanaka & Tekapo)
Supercity (QF: Real NZ Auckland City)
Across the Strait (QF: Real NZ Marlborough)
Your Marlborough CD will already have the FSX version, but the Wellington upgrade is no longer available, so Across the Strait is your best bet.

Real NZ Rotorua/Tauranga free upgrade (QF: Real NZ Rotorua/Tauranga)
