Like BM I had that pproblem but now I noticed at NZWN I have issue which looks like double Afcads although I can not find them with Scanafd.
Noticed though that since installing GNZLAP afcads a lot of my airports are screwed up which only just found out is related to Charls working with 20m mesh (hence Poll).
So that in mind can you give us some pointers regards your Airports?
