Will it work in FS2002

By any chance, would Real NZ Wellington work in FS2002 pro edition as if it will or if anyone could make an update so it will I may buy it. :)

(plus it look great from the screenies)

No, to justify the conversion I'd really need to sell at least 100 for FS2002. Auckland City for FS2002 sold 11.

The photoreal aerial textures would display ok, the airport wouldn't show up at all.
