This'll sound weird but I'd love to se a professional rendition of Whangarei (mainly because the bulk of my family come from there)

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

Scon there are two pretty good freeware NZCH sceneries out there, I'd say a third would be pretty far down the list of real priorities.
Have a browse before you plead for more stuff that's done.

oooh Palmy would be good. A Freedom Air A320 inbound with the Massey Uni Aviation boys & gals doing touch & go's, throw in an ATR parked at the gate along with an Air NZ link 1900D taxing and I'm there. By the way Robin, just received your Wellington scenery and it's absolutely top notch mate. Good stuff!

Hi Robin

I have been doing a bit of looking around keepiung in mind the payware aspect of things, ingeneral the majority of FS users like pushing iron, big iron. I know I know the serious guys fly little props and do stunts and like low level VFR but like it or not the majority of users like the smell of jet fuel in the morning and lots of it rolleyes.gif .

What this means from an Aircraft payware developers point of view is that you do jets they sell (which is a bugger for me because I like doing turboprops the opne type of aircraft in the FS world that dosent get interpreted properly by the program lol but hoping to mean a compromise). What I assume it means from a scenery developers point of view is you do the main airports (including maybe Pacific Island ones) nicely and you will seel big ie Fly Tampa, you may not agree with this but it what I see out there at this point in time.

Incidentally I have a number of overseas designers in my group and the one they want (or have?) is Wellington. The ones that have it rave about it.

Hope this helps mate keep at it I am sure your going to hit paydirt soon.

My original goal still stands -- to keep doing New Zealand scenery until I retire, or die from starvation:) However I am aware that I've chosen an area with a very limited market. At the moment everyone I know (friends and ex-Mrs-Toprobs) seems to think that I've make the wrong choice here, which is kind of annoying. I hope to prove them wrong one day.

Robin,

You did state earlier that it dosen't matter whether there is good freeware available or not when deciding on what airport you do - if so I always thought a Queenstown/Milford Sound combo (and yes I know there is already an excellent freeware Queenstown and there is suppose to be a Milford Sound) would be a good seller here & overseas even taking into consideration the existing freeware because of the outstanding scenery of the area, the challenge of both airports whether you are flying heavy(ish) iron into Queenstown or lighter stuff into Milford Sound. Both airports are also very well known in the aviation/flight sim community. Just my thoughts anyway.

Cheers

Paul
