NZ Scenery problems

I'm a new chum to installing NZ Topo Scenery. Installed Auckland and accompanying 75m mesh OK and worked fine.
Deinstalled the 75 m mesh and installed Geographx 20m mesh.
Still having conflicts with base FS9 scenery, square islands, runways disappearing etc.
I can't find the FS9.config file. Where do I locate it? I have reset XP to display all hidden files.

It's here:
"C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9"
...where 'C' is your normal Windows drive.

The Square islands are a bug with the 75/20m mesh I think, buying the Red Baron Topo package fixes this.

The runways that dissapear are AFCAD problems. For example, Woodbourne vanishes infront of my eyes when on finals about 50 feet above it, but REAL NZ Marlborough should fix this when it is released.
