De Havilland DH104 Dove/Devon FS9 in FSX , this nice little freeware by Derek Palmer

A quick flight with Waka172s Blake , a quik trip across the channel

It requires the comet sound package from FS9 , the closets sound to the actual Devon .

There is no VC , something i would dearly love .

What a beauty! Where's it hosted? I'd love to grab it (and put it on the database).

For anyone interested in grabbing this beauty, here are the filenames (for www.flightsim.com) ... or just enter dh104 in a search to get all the dh104's:

Base: DH104V1.ZIP
nz1821.zip (Ian's)
nz1803.zip (Ian's)

Then we have a couple of older ones by Paul Deans:
DH104_NZ.ZIP and DH104_WB.ZIP (with dh_nz_fx.zip and dh_wb_fx.zip).

I'll install them all, grab a few screenies, then add them to NZFSIM.

The DH88 is an FS2004 aircraft - not in FSX by default. Is there a sound archive somewhere I could grab?

EDIT: Wait .. I found a DH88 on Simviation. Will give that a whirl.

P.S. All four have now been added to NZFSIM. BTW - the 2D panel is *superb*!

Ian - any links to newer versions would be much appreciated. Also - are there any more of your repaints kicking around that I haven't listed?

I don't miss the VC that much - the 2d pit being that good.

Very nice Ian. I've thought she was a great old aeroplane since my Air Training Corps days when we had one in the squadron hanger smile.gif Just wish that one flew sad.gif

One of the early investors in Pacsim , Dave Hornsbrough invited me up as a bag of spuds (weight) helping another with his twin engine rating , 2 hours up - down into West Melton ... running out of tar-seal runway thats ok ... land fine on grass anyway , biggrin.gif .... one very interesting flight cool.gif
