Sunday Night Ops for 18th May 2008 - Destination: Chathams Islands

This Sunday our SNO (Sunday Night Operations) is concentrated on flying across the pond to the Chatham Islands. The Chatham Islands are part of New Zealand but are in fact 45 minutes ahead of NZ Time and the first place in the world to see the sun each day.

The flights are short to mid length depending on your field of departure, can you fit in a return flight to the Chathams and fill the skies and keep the controllers busy!

Real world routes are operated by Convairs and Metroliners, so it's time to get out your turboprops and head over to the Chathams, or test yourself and see if you can get your favourite jet into and out of the airfield!

Pilots, book your planned flight schedule in vRoute to let everyone know how busy the skies over New Zealand will be.
