Come sim-flying with us on the evening of 15 September 2024 (Sunday) starting at 7.30pm (NZDT).

This is Leg 2 of our new tour of New Zealand.

Departing Whangarei Airport (NZWR), we zig zag southwards doing 'touch and goes' at :
Ruawai Aerodrome (NZRW)
Springhill (NZSL)
Kaipara Flats (NZKF)
Parakai Airport (NZPR)
Parakai Aerodrome (NZPI)
Whenuapai Airbase (NZWP)

And then to our destination of North Shore (NZNE).

Flying will be in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
Server is South East Asia.
Time set is 1200 hours (1200 NZT).
Weather is optional.
The default plane is anything capable of cruise speed of 115-130 knots - Cessna 152 or 172, DA40, X Cub, Robin, etc
Flight takes about 90 minutes.

Using Discord 'NZ Flight Sim' Server for voice traffic. Please try and have voice available. It makes its easier for everyone to know what's going on.

Where is NZPR?
I can't find anything on it and it doesn't seem to appear on Google earth or the NZCAA website.

It's at Shelly Beach, but maybe it been converted into residential. I'm just going off of what I found in Little NavMap.
