VATNZ - Sunday Night Ops - 12 Jul 2015 @ 6pm
Sunday Night Ops
Christchurch and Palmy
Sunday 12th July 2015 1800-2300 NZST / 1600-2100 AEST / 0600-1100 UTC

This week we are flying between the Knowledge and Garden cities.
Everyone loves flying to Christchurch, VATNZ's second busiest airport and the largest population centre in the south island. The busy airspace warrants dedicated terminal controllers and is always a popular destination for online pilots and controllers alike.
Palmerston North is a the largest regional airport in the lower North Island and provides a scenic and exciting arrival onto runway 25 thanks to the Tararua ranges to the east of the field.
The flight route in between passes to the east and west of Wellington and features spectacular scenery and busy airspace crossing Cook Strait and skirting the South Island's stunning north-eastern coast.
Routes
CHPM 1 (Jets only) - CH Y393 CC Y465 KAMET H467 PM
CHPM 5 (Non-jets) - CH Y819 FOXTN H467 PM
