Need help

For everything about online flying around New Zealand

I don't know a lot about Multiplayer but have read other posts. I have tried to connect to observe entering both 203.114.130.15 and 60.231.245.8 but
nothing. Can I expect to see some action there at present?.
CPU: Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.8GHz. Motherboard: Asus P7P55 LX. RAM: Kingston Hyper X 8GB 1600mhz DDR3 Non ECC. SSD: Samsung 250GB. HDD: WD !TB.
GRAPHICS: Asus GTX460, Direct CU 1GB GDDR5 256bit video graphics card. PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 650W. CASE: Cooler Master Gladiator.

Have just been on 203.114.130.15 (inspire) and will be on tonight about 7.30 if you want to join me. Check who is currently on the server at http://203.114.130.15:81/
