New Zealand will be the first division to open up the ATC, starting from 7pm on Saturday 17th November, and going through until about midnight.

"Spanning three continents and fourteen divisions, the IVAO Events Department is pleased to announce Asia/Oceania Crowded Skies set to take flight starting in New Zealand around 0600Z and begin moving with the time zones into the Middle East.
Asia/Oceania Crowded Skies is based upon the record-breaking Crowded Skies event, but focuses on a specific part of the world. The IVAO Events Department and participating divisions hope you will join us in "Crowding the Skies" over Asia and Oceania on November 17, 2007. For more information visit http://www.ivao.aero/events/aocs/.

As I say, the event starts in NZ at 7pm, and goes on around the Asia/Oceania region right through the night, and early into the next morning.
