I ended up taking so many screenshots it'll take a week to edit and sort them.
So join me instead for a little low-level high-speed practice in the desert, in one of the most potent machines ever devised by man...

Ooh ORBX loves ya!Trolly wrote:QUOTE (Trolly @ Mar 8 2008, 09:05 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Awesome video, I've actually been doing something very simular today, flying a SU-27 and F-16's in formation (will post the tracks alongside screenshots later) around the desert out of Edwards AFB. Got the idea from Mike's awesome Russian aerobatic display video thread here. It says by IRIS at the end of the video. Isn't there a really decent freeware F-14 around made by the Japanese chap who built the P3K Orion? Anyone got a link for that?
F-14?
or F-15?
Either way, there are excellent freeware models of F-14A/D and F-15A on AVSIM, and plenty of repaints.Last edited by Charl on Sun Mar 09, 2008 2:45 pm, edited 1 time in total.

They made an F-18, not sure about an F-14. There is a great F-14 floating around, I used to have it a long time ago. Will try and find it for you.
Here's a link to the guy who made the P3 anyway, has the F-18 on the same page.

EDIT: I found the F-14 on Flightsim.com. Filenames are topgun01.zip and b14bfs9a.zipLast edited by Peppermint on Sun Mar 09, 2008 3:45 pm, edited 1 time in total.
