So...were you able to successfully complete the pickup?
And what settings did you use - easy flight model, low graphics?
I just love addon games that are impossible to do realistically.

I've nearly beaten it I just need to pickup the swimmer with the hoist. Its not too hard although the truck is tricky to load.

Finally found the time to finish the tutorial picking up the swimmer is quite a challenge as he looks like a dot from the air and also a couple of times he grabbed the sling instead of the hoist.
