Here's my first attempt at a video.
Contains a couple of edits I reckon I could improve on but overall I'm happy with it. It was a good learning experience on how to use Fraps and MS Movie maker. 24mb size in total as I haven't quite figured out compression yet.

Shows off Natas' NZFF repaint of the MD500e nicely.

The flight starts at NZDV and heads for the Southern Ruahine Ranges and finishes just north of Wharite Peak. You get a glance of the TV repeater aerials on Wharite peak and as you come in to land the Northern Tararua Range and NZPM can be seen in the distance.

awesome movie bandit ,thats how mine started off back in the day but you really done well a big :) came over my face as i seen what helicopter you where using ,just cool man ,fraps is a good capture and ive used ms maker for years, simple with some ok effect filters,i know that must of been quite a effort to upload as well ,most of mine are about 11mb compressed into mpeg4 codec now saved to 320x240 screen size ,but these are settings for youtubeit.com,and very with where i upload them
keep up the film making up ,hint...slow down sim to 1/4 speed or half while recording,, this will help get jars out of any film from fs9 and make it nice and smooth

That's working fine now - good to see some new blood in the videos corner!
I love flying choppers over hilltops, as the ground falls away you get that ...lift.
You captured some of those quite well I thought, keep 'em coming!
Nice helicopter too ;)

Thanks guys.
I'm keen to try my hand at another one. It certainly was enjoyable giving it a try.

The music on this one was by "The Ventures" first track is called Green Onions and the second as Ian correctly stated was the theme from Hawaii Five-O.
