Yeah and you can speech control with FS ATC too. See the video at www.simw.com. This is functionelly with microsoft speech, you don´t need Hat track, but it´s on the programm CD.
Hat Track don´t need a driver, XP and Vista know that as mouse and install a mousedriver automatic. To use in FS FSUIPC.dll is required (you don´t have to register this), it´s on the CD too. After 5 minutes i´m ready to take off, it´s very easy. Works in FS9 and FSX and some outher games like ego shouters.

Hmmm...interesting...so if it's cheaper than track IR, how much is it exactly?

Also, heres another alternative that I've been meaning to try for a while now... Free Track

It's free, you just need a cheap webcam, and some electronic bits and pieces.

Huey where did you get your HAT-track from? Are they available in NZ. Nothing shows here for it via a google search.
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!
