Would someone mind telling me how the heck it was made? Don't tell me that is an XBOX 360 game !?!

I can tell you where it is set; Alpha and Bravo taxiways at Amsterdam Schiphol. They are parallel, running about three quarters of the way around the main airport. ;)
Originally it was in dutch, and looks like it has been dubbed over in english.
