does anyone have carenado email number my microsofr office whent down and on the website you need office to open the "contact us"

Do you mean you've lost your email client? Looking at their site, it's a direct (mailto) link:

contact@carenado.com

Is that what you were after?

If your MS Office is totally stuffed, you may want to try [Mozilla] Thunderbird. It's free. Unless you can do all your email via webmail <?>.
