Hey is there anyway i can import my FS2004 flight plans into ad on aircraft's FMC to make things easier for me?

What plane do you want to import it to? That would help us answer. There are a few ways to import, such as from FSnav to PMDG for example.

Oh sorry it would be Feel There 737 and Flight1 atr

Vroute is excellent for general flight planning and is free but if you wish to export the plan to an FMC then you will need the premium version with is a little expensive at 22 Euros or around NZ$45. At this stage it can export to the Flight 1 ATR, Level D 767, 767 PIC and the PMDG 737/747.
It will also do fuel calculations. To my mind you would have to use it frequently to justify the outlay.
