On checking my broadband usage for this month, I found that for the last 16 days, each day has recorded zero usage..?

Being an honest type of bloke, and being aware they'd catch up with me anyway, I thought I'd better report it. Their technician, probably in Rangoon, advises me that I have no usage readings because my modem is not connected. This makes my present on-line status strange. So, until they send a man around to peer into the nearest cable box, I am on unlimited megabytes... :clap:

While I consider the possibilities of this, I am currently ripping into 130 MB of Glacier Bay scenery as recommended in the posts.

I wonder how long it will take them to send out a tech....especially since it's costing them in this instance.

I guess your with Telecom? If its the same in NZ as it is (equivilent) in australia, it could take for ever. 130mb?? thats nothing!

I don't know, but I would think that it would be easy to breach rules # 4 & 5 in a topic like this, so it may have been moderated.
