If you're like me and have modified your flight sim with a multitude of add ons, freeware and payware and now have so many planes and scenery to choose from that you can't decide what and where to fly? Then I strongly recommend purchasing Just Flights Cargo Pilot. Why you ask?
Well its a very fun program adding to your flight sim experience with a mission base structure where you own a cargo company, where you manage finances, aircraft maintenance and best of all, get to fly the cargo routes. You are only given 1.4 million to start with so you can only afford an aircraft like the Cessna Caravan and a base like Tekapo to get yourself started. I chose to run this program in fs9 mainly because of all the scenery add ons available for NZ, so I purchased Just Flights Cessna Caravan (which now only cost $20.00) because of its great Cargo variation. Another benifit of staying with fs9 is a lot of the great quality payware add ons are now reduced in price making them really affordable. :D

The program will generate cargo runs for you to choose from where you can earn money so you can upgrade your fleet and bases eventually. This is where you really get to appreciate the program and your sim as you get to fly into airfields you wouldn't normally choose and really get to see all those great scenery add ons. Also time and weather is randomly generated adding to the variety of your sim experiences.

Because you need to stick to the same aircraft for a while you get to learn how to fly the plane properly and appreciate all the detail put into this plane by the developers. I can thoroughly recommend this program if you are just starting up in flight sim, as you will learn to fly from GA aircraft to eventually flying the heavy s and will learn to fly properly.

My plan for now is to stick with the Caravan for a while then upgrade to a bigger airfield. Then purchase the King Air then ATR 72-500.

I have just started this program and I am really enjoying it and finding Cargo Pilot quite addictive. Here are some screen shots of a couple of my first runs from Tekapo to Wellington and Hamner.

I have decided to make my own scenery for all the airfields I come across that have been left out so far. I will only use already available scenery file library's for now and they will be themed around Cargo Pilot to give the program more atmosphere. Yes I will share for anyone who wants to use them, hopefully I will release a few around the new year, just need to find out what file libary's people use, probably based around the 'EZ' and Rwy12 sets. I also use the LAGO sets but not to sure if this is widely used. I will try to make them as accurate as possible but like I already said they will have a cargo theme to them.

I was looking at purchasing that a while ago, but found Fs economy, that has flights that you get paid for. You can start your own companies etc, it's all based around GA planes, and the lower end of the commercial ones as well.
