Is it possible to have real ATC feeds in flightsim? Like is there a utility linked to flightsim that allows you to change your radios and at the same time will change itself to the frequency you just changed to?

In other words you take-off from NZAA listening to live Auckland ATC if a feed is available and then you change to Auckland departure by changing to the appropriate frequency in your radio stack and as soon as you have done that, the utility changes its feed to the frequency you just put in.

Redirect me if this has already been done but I feel it would be a worthwhile freeware download.

Sounds like a good idea,

Where could we download this?

What is it called?

I don't think this would be possible currently, as the way you would access the ATC would be through a website, online. I don't think its technically legal to broadcast NZ aviation comms online (same reason NZ feeds were taken off liveatc.net) due to a provision in a communications bill - or some similar legislation...
