Note money is in $NZ

Thats quite a general question you have asked there... what period of time does this cover? Per annum? Since you purchased your latest version of the simulator? Including or not including the price of the original software? Including hardware or only software?
Please ammend your poll with a more detailed question line.

Should this include hardware as well?

Spent $100.00 as I was posting this reply. To much good stuff for FS9, need to get more into FSX, but can't quite drag myself to do it .

I think the better question might be:
"How much have you spent on your present flightsim installation?"
In which case, Ian's answer is pretty close to the mark.

I'm pretty sure its going to be $100+ for everyone in that case.
Last year I spent about $900 on mine, excluding hardware.

Jeez!
I spend my money on... well I don't spend it just sits in my bank. In other words I'm good at saving. Not so good at spending.
Anyway I use flightsim because I love aviation and I want to be a pilot. It isn't really a hobby for me.

Too much!
It would probably be in the region of around $300 in the past year.

towerguy wrote:Oh no! does that mean your adventure/storey temporarily/permanently ends in Africa! I woud be lost without my computer (luckily I have 3 - although only one runs FS 9 how I want it)
I have slowed my purchases right down - I had a splurge when I got my new computer with heaps of add ons but have only bought two or three add ons in the last 6 months - probably the only purchases in the next 6 months will be anything that Robin brings out and maybe one a/c.
Having great fun with freeware at the moment anyway - VOZ (finally got it loaded), AFG King Air, Carters Mustang etc etc

I will try to bang together some more of the story while off air. Once I get over the withdrawal symptoms/depression/drinking/hangovers etc.
