Hi just a few questions. 1 Is how do you get in P3D Muti engine aircraft to work off just one Throttle stick. Also I am using a switch panel I have updated and installed all the drivers but p3D will not see it.

Which throttle stick do you have?
you should be able to set it up simply via the drop down menu Options/Settings/Controls and then select the axis tab.
Select your controller in the drop down box and then scroll down to throttle axis. Double click on it or select New assignment and then move the slider or control you want for the throttle.
If that doesn't work assign the same slider or control to each of the Engine 1 (to 4) throttle axis.

Or you can use FSUIPC. It's free for basic modes which would suit for what you need or you can pay a little to get all the features.

FSUIPC for beginners

Have you gone into settings and made sure that the voice check box is ticked?
Also while on that page look at the voice playback device setting. You may have to manually select this option depending on your sound card options.
Are you getting the text options displayed?

I don't know which variety of Windows you have, but when you have a list of files on your screen, go to the top menu bar and click Tools>Folder Options>View. In the Advanced options list, you will see various things about hiding /showing files. You want to Untick "Hide extensions for known filetypes". You might also need to Untick "Hide protected operating system files" .

Take care
