Can't say I'm surprised at all, especially considering their activity within the past year, but it's still disappointing to see one of very few FS helicopter developers go under. Hopefully we won't see helo development cease completely.

Least one helicopter I was happy with was the CH-53, I'm sure Milviz and Aerosoft will step up to the mark, Aerosoft's Huey is brilliant, seems the Nemeth boys just tired.

Mi-2, Mi-17 and S-76 were brilliant. They made a great contribution to the Flightsim comunity.
