are you meaning QNH, if so under settings general you need to select hybrid, feet and millibars.

I have the setting for hybrid, feet and millibars. ATC reads as Feet, millibars but aircraft only feet and inches

If you mean the subscale on the altimeter, then it is specific to the aircraft you are flying. It depends what altimeter gauge has been used.
