Lovely Funeral today, excellent send of for an exceptional man.

One of the first engineers building FU24s for Aerospace of which I didn't know.

Awesome fly over by WAC, including an airtourer ofcourse, of which I believe he was Co. (in spirit ofcourse)

Good to see the pilots and engineers of the past and present seeing Bob off.

See ya big guy, Hopefully not to soon but in the next 100 maybe winkyy.gif

Cheers my friend

Just to show the type of man he was, he would help anyone.
Back in the early nineties I had an engine failure approaching Hood aerodrome, put her down and who repaired her for the flight out the next day?

On holiday in the states he visited and was made an Honorary Coronal of the Confederate Airforce of America. Why? He jumped in and repaired an aircraft in distress (a P51 I believe)

Bob would help anyone.

A hard Man , but a big teddy bear.

All who knew Bob were in deed very Privileged.
