What happened to the August competition prize that Alex had organized and was kindly sponsored by Just Flight?
My friend won the August competition and when I asked him what prize he had won he said he didn't get it as Alex had joined the RNZAF started his training so was no longer involved with the screenshot competitions and in his absence Trolly had closed the August competition so the Just Flights prize was not given.
It is good to see Ian has taken over to run this months competition now.
What happened to the prize for the August competition as it wasn't given out, are Just Flight still holding it waiting for the prize to be claimed?

I would say if the prize has not been given it will be in limbo somewhere along the way or seeing it was in august it mite have expired through lack of communication from maybe all partys involved ,this is the first time ive heard or read i think of Alex leaving long term like this ,i just thought he was on a holiday
i would hope this can be cleared up for your friend, though he mite want to PM trolly about it more to see if he can be more clear about it all

Trolly did send a message to Alex over a month ago but it appears that he has not had any contact back from Alex.
It looks like I will miss out on the Just flight prize
It is a petty that Alex didn't try to make some arrangement for someone else to take over the running of the competition when he got his call up to go into the Air force.

We will need to rethink the screenshot comp now that Alex is out of the picture.

A big thanks to both Robin and Stuart I have had an email from JustFlight and everything is now sorted and should receive the JustFlight prize tomorrow

Would have been nice but I went for Traffic X as I want AI aircraft that work in DirectX 10 and looking at the specs of Traffic X I will be able to set up my own AI aircraft and schedules which should be fun
