I was just wondering, How do you add banners, signatures and screenshots to your forum posts?
Any help would be appreciated

you'll need to upload them to a photo sharing website like photobucket or imageshack and then use the [IMG] tags to show them in your thread.
the best screenshot size is 800x600

What's the maximum size of sig images? (in kb and in resolution)

Well, use common sense, nothing huge, and make it a reasonable size so dial-up users won't be adversely affected.
