Is there a list of NZ Airports that have default ATC?

I don't think has been something that has been mapped, even flying out off Wigram real world for example they still used NZCH ACT .. and eyeball at West Melton and Rangioura I'm not sure how further that developed after the Wigram closer in regard to ATC but i'm guessing it the same.

Just to add on to that, New Plymouth and Palmerston North are also ATC controlled airports as well.
