Good comparison! Just press "T"! I always run the sun around a shot in AFS2. This sim has so many good features, it's a shame they could not develop it fully. Agree, AFS2 (and the successor AFS4) is so a powerful FS. A shame no further developping ATC, AI, Weather, Water-scene,... And 3rd parties don't make addons anymore to for this FS, a pitty...

I read a lot of complaints that it was hard to fly, and easy to crash. I took it for a spin, and found it great to fly. Slow and lumbering. And relatively easy to land. I didn't notice what the fuel consumption was, but it expect it to be really thirsty. And, the interior is beautifully modelled.

The thing will get to do with me. The A 310 is certainly more celebrated here, but I liked the DC-3 in previous simulations and that hasn't changed.

In those times, 4 engines were required to cross large areas of water. Today the twin-engines are allowed. But let's not forget that the Super Constellation was called "the most beautiful tri-engine in the world." The over-engineered piston engines were not that reliable. I liked to fly the big machines, also with the jets, Boeing 707, DC 8, Convair 880/990, or the trijets like the L 1011 Tristar, the DC 10/MD 11. But they are gone. or about to be like the 747, The Airbus A 380 and the 340.

What makes such an arrow wing. It looks sleeker than the F-9F-2 "Panther". A nice workhorse, but it wasn't really a competitor to the MiG 17. Both are the same age.

Undoubtedly correct. The Minijet is well suited to quickly bridge larger distances. In Indonesia, the distances should not be underestimated. On shorter routes I use small machines like the Cub in its various varieties for sightseeing.
