I used to have flyakite osx for everything except the dock. then for the dock I used vista insprat transformation pack. It was heaps more customizable and less of a hog. if you plan on ever getting it back to normal xp look I suggest you make a system restore point. hope this helps

Not diecast but I bought some pretty cool snap together 1:200 models off of TradeMe a couple of weeks ago. They were pretty cheap ($40 for two including courier) and I got two, an Air NZ 737 and a Freedom Air 737.
