Id imagine A/c tyres are a very different beast to car tyres- An aircraft tyre isnt really made for sustained lateral loads, they have massive sidewalls/profiles for comfort etc....I doubt the rim sizes would be compatible either? Id say, stick to car/truck tyres if you are putting them on a car/truck.

I used to have flyakite osx for everything except the dock. then for the dock I used vista insprat transformation pack. It was heaps more customizable and less of a hog. if you plan on ever getting it back to normal xp look I suggest you make a system restore point. hope this helps

Not diecast but I bought some pretty cool snap together 1:200 models off of TradeMe a couple of weeks ago. They were pretty cheap ($40 for two including courier) and I got two, an Air NZ 737 and a Freedom Air 737. Here's the link to his TradeMe listings if anyone's interested Also the diecasts Bazza linked to look very nice and not a bad price.

QUOTE (victor_alpha_charlie @ Aug 3 2008, 08:48 PM) You're right, the AMG version of that, the E55, is about the ultimate 'wank-mobile' to me. But the only problem is there are a lot of dickheads in cars like that that get all us younger drivers blamed. Just because your 1989 Integra has a Milo can exhaust doesn't mean you're a driving god. /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif /> I'd rather have a Euro (Like a mate's Alfa 33 which I'd buy if I wasn't saving up for bloody flying /laugh.gif style=...

Yeah... unfortunately, within the constraints of the forum, you sometimes have to think a little outside the box and do things in a slightly more complicated manner... luckily(? /dry.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= <_< border= 0 alt= dry.gif />), I have spent the last 3 1/2 years having to come up with solutions like this in my day to day job... but that is what happens when your job is a company 'dirty little secret'/'elephant in the corner that no one talks about'... /ninja.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :ph43r: border= 0 alt= ninja.gif />

QUOTE (mavman @ Jul 29 2008, 10:54 AM) If I remember rightly, this aircraft (ZK-ERU) was the the third to be bought by Eagle Air (after ZK-CEF and ZK-DCH). It was donated to this museum in 2001, a real shame it wasn't properley hangared as fully restored would have been a great attraction in future years. It's sad that a place like MOTAT or the Hamilton Museum wasn't able to take this aircraft as the Bandeirante is now consigned to NZ regional aviation history....(oh and as play toys for the guys and gals at Air NZ's Engineering school). Actually using these aircraft...

My brother was just got back and was showing me snaps from the Goodwood Festival of Speed he attended in England, where they had Enzo's and Bugatti Verons racing up a hill there /drool.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= drool.gif /> Yeah, you can see into the Continental Cars everytime you drive up the motarway into town, if you are heading north over the Newmarket flyover... I popped into their other showroom on Great North Road a few weeks back, and they had Johnny Reid's Black Beauty on display!
