Ian, thanks very much...I'll pass on those thoughts, but the old fella is almost blind as well....which really pees's him off....20,000 hour plus ex pilot....reduced to to having someone clean you up after you...whatever . Im not sure how he really feels, but i can guess....thanks again. Ignore the vid.....but the song pretty much sums it up. Edit: I seem to have credited him too many flying hours....try 15,000...still quite a time.

Man these earthquakes are funny things, I live just round the corner from the epicentre of this last rumble and we lost no power at all, lots a bright lights from the ground lightning tho that was impressive. Have not been out to the man cave yet to see if the PCs survived. Ian

Charl , they call it the Garden City , maybe bulldozer that - the eastern area down , most icons gone or going much the city center , that,s what happens when you mess with destroying natural history such as 'Wigram' - being a manger part off CHCH , maybe our former Major woke up from the dead to give the idiots a shake up - Marty Christchurch MK2 had better reinstate that ole airfield , you could join my team of cavaliers to rebuild the city .

QUOTE (Chairman @ Jun 16 2011,1:14 PM) .... so the poor reporter now has meaningless numbers and aircraft cruise levels measured to 0.1 metre accuracy ... I hate it when you get ATC barking at you because your 20cm below your cruising altitude! /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif />

I saw this last night. It was N817BR of the Liberty Foundation. It was the one that was used by Pratt & Whitney for their T34 and T64 turboprops. Very sad but at least everyone got out.

Wow, I'm glad I could actually help you guys out with this. Gmail checker sounds interesting Matt, and I must find that photobucket uploader.. I'll look into it. FYI Charl I think Adblock on Chrome is the better of the two, but after a spate of Chrome crashes (blue screen) I went back to Firefox for the time being (I am actually running 3.6 firefox due to V4 crashes too) Oh well, as long as I have my Adblock, all is good. Cheers
