Good luck i say and lets hope some one with the capital and wisdom will keep it there as a plane spotter spot , the admin offices could be used as a aviation history museum , really could takeoff excuse the pun - a standard charge $ , this is were Sir Peter comes in . I'd say fingers crossed

QUOTE (chopper_nut @ Nov 23 2011,1:27 PM) It sat in the back of the hanger all day. Most dissapointing. No mention was made of it during the show but I heard that they had to ground their Vampire. Not sure why. Thanks for the reply CN cheers.

All the above information is gratefully appreciated and went into the mix. Been a bit busy with work (and car searching) so haven't had much time to post but can report I am picking up a FG Falcon XR6 this week from an Auckland dealer. Silver. Second hand 3 year old model (no way I can affod a new one). So looking forward to the drive back...but not up in my old heap (relaible heap though).

No issues here with the latest version of Firefox. No reports through Firefox or my anti-virus software when attempting to download. Possibly just a false positive.

As a photographer, we all have a saying, it goes "it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission." Generally were not up against copyright laws though. /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif />

QUOTE (AlisterC @ Oct 29 2011,9:49 PM) How sad for Qantas. If their staff don't like their working conditions, perhaps they should go find a job somewhere else? It's not like they are slaves afterall. I'm not a fan of strikes etc. It just ends up hurting the end user, in this case all those passengers with ruined plans. Probably because these guys have the balls to stand up and say NO. They want an Australian National Airline not a quasi Asian one. Jobs for Australian people. Why should a CEO who has been in the company for 5 minutes be able to unilaterally change what...

Very Impressive , not only for the aircraft but even for the jigging and the test rig , last test i view was the 777 at aeronautical society meet and they snapped the wing , with a massive explosion , no wonder they evacuated an area of the assembly plant .

Perhaps the England Team could chip in on their behalf as an act of conscience, since they got away with illegally switching balls during the game?

Oh, and Stephen Donald, all those abuses I yelled at you after you single handily lost our only loss last year to the Aussies, I take it back. /tongue.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :P border= 0 alt= tongue.gif />
