QUOTE (cowpatz @ Sep 17 2013,9:40 PM) Right up there amongst reality TV, cooking contests and talent shows. Really scraping the bottom aren't we. More realistic should have been that NZ movie "Attack of the Killer Sheep" pity i missed that one as well /tongue.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :P border= 0 alt= tongue.gif />

Paul , Least we remember , the horrid stuff that happened , and since in a way exciting .. War is what it is , licence for murder as some put it , but for the normal going back to the history , myself look at both sides and admire those from both sides , not the nasty but the competition , and today its people like that make the rules or give direction .. With recent talk about Han's E Rudel , people talk about loss of family , time takes things the best thing is memory ,...... and if you don't have it .... create it ! , never met my Fathers Brother Norman , but some friggen...

QUOTE (emfrat @ Sep 1 2013,10:54 PM) It is bad, and fortunately there is lots of water out there, but what the hell can we do about it anyway? Strangely enough the earth produces an amount natrual radiation even , they say if a leaky boomer went down in the oceans they would not even pick it up a glow , where here they are so close to a shore line and pop and attention it Glow's !

Just a matter of figuring out which lies to tell it - once I get the 6A to think it is really a non-amphibious 6, well, "full steam ahead", to coin a phrase /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif />

Geez even a 3.3 (The second one measured magnitude 3.3. It was recorded at 9.58am at a depth of 5km (3 miles). With our Mag 6.6 a couple of weeks ago was like being in strong turbulence in an aircraft but since then with many over mag 5 light turbulence they have to be more than mag 4.5 before I feel them here although about 1 KM away they feel them even if they are only in the Mag 3 so we must have a good cushion under us here /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif />

People push things to far in industry , classic case of pass the buck and not checking - a good friend left from Ansett NZ because told management the team leader was a complete idiot . The one specific case was when a container used engineering leaked to remove weld burns from stainless steel was given high priority and put in the hold of the 146 bound for Dunedin .. this acid will instantly burn your fingers and them yellow within seconds .. the canister leaked , only due to the calls of my mate the plane was grounded ! , on the box of the product it is shown not to be Air Freighted ....
