QUOTE (scaber @ May 16 2014,7:13 PM) Hi Marty Yeah, i could do it too. I often get paid work doing this but usually only when there is considerable restoration work to be done as well. If they are deteriorating to the point where there is silvering appearing then that can make it more difficult. It Ian runs into problems feel free to contact me (though he might do that anyway!) Cheers Greg .... not so much silver as yellow ... even though they were in the album.

The biggest thing also is the operating cost , when inkjets first were released in the early 1990s they outstripped running cost and photo print from photoshops , today its gone back the other way, be the same with owning a 3Dprinter , you want to make sure your going to use it - I can see many uses here for myself, another generation of tools for the open minded .

QUOTE (Fozzer @ May 13 2014,11:52 PM) Excellent Ian! Fantastic read of all your trials and tribulations. Thanks Paul, I do wonder what may have happened if my father had have chosen someone with out the faggot baggage, did they have the wool pulled over his eyes - not sure what made him chase a sub-human , to get out - I still remember that first wage of $39.45 - shite I thought - It was going to take years to get out so the violence was the best thing - well it helped. I did not mention my other last comment i said in the church and directed at this thing .... it was prity...

The old "Pink Elephant in the Backseat trick" and you saw straight through it. Damn, you guys are sharp.

Not sure why they use a random Marque IX Spitfire picture when they have a perfectly good example on the airfield.

QUOTE (Charl @ May 3 2014,12:04 AM) Yes. Extreme circumstance is now needed, strange after 9/11 for the few years after, if you - as early as it was you had to pay huge dollars to track aircraft , the millions of people who do it today for fun may have picked up the anomaly, and the with the network would have questioned it . All the security means damn diddly swat if the driver (for the kiddies) looses his bean chair, maybe they should allow aviation enthusiast in the cockpit to monitor the flight crew .. damn funny how .. well ya damned if ya do and ya damned if you don't !

QUOTE (jastheace @ Apr 26 2014,11:36 AM) yup i agree, grandfather wasn't in combat per see, but worked on the machines that did and lived with the men who flew them, he never talked about what had happened over in the islands, in fact he never really talked about much during the war period at all. a true generation of men and women who did what had to be done, but didn't like anything about it, goes for both sides of the war too. "goes for both sides of the war too " very true .... /thumbup1.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt=...

with the prospect of having to work until i am 90 (keep going gov that we can't vote for, and who will retire at 50 with full perks for rest of life) i say get the latest and greatest a/c the air force can, but instead of cutting the pension and raising the retirement age, how about getting rid of the bloody polly perks they get. after leaving office, make them go and join the working class and make them retire on what they seem to see fit to give to the pensioners now. that would save money and also make the pollys realize what a load of B.S. they are piling out now. don't get me...
