That is an amazing tool - but who owns the copyright on the final image? Does PS credit the owners of the images of the rusty machinery? Looks like an instant beanfeast for the legal profession. :( The generated image did not exist before I entered the prompt. Adobe's AI tool is 'trained' using the Adobe stock image library, which is millions of photos, all 'belonging' to Adobe. You aren't looking at an actual machine, it's just that the AI has seen enough photos of machines to know how to approximate one. Same with the truck cab images -- neither of the two generated cabs ever...

Charl, I know what you mean.....regarding Dylan and the like, I almost anticipate news about the demise of ...for example, any living member of the Rolling Stones, Dylan, Paul Simon etc. Don't mean to be morbid. I must admit that more than once in a while I remind/warn myself that there could be news when I wake up. I have an obsession with Linda Ronstadt, who has been unwell for a long time now, but I still hope that she outlives me.

I remember in my railway modelling years - about 60 yrs ago - the great debate was 'Make it look real on display, or make it so it looks real in a photo for the Railway Modeller and suchlike.' At that time Pendon were using genuine local stone to build their buildings, drystone walls and so on and it did look great; but the worst thing for modelling coal in a wagon or a tender is real coal. Same for 'scale' ballast supporting 'scale' track. If your granny had some old velvet, that could be made to look like real grass on an exhibition layout, but in a photo it just looked like old velvet....

GREAT STUFF AND GREAT PHOTOS showing progress of building the plane When I was kid, I built 300 planes. I am surprised to see in your photos that Revell and Airfix are still in business since I was kid in 20th century!! I never heard of the brand Sword. Is it new company founded in 21st century? Oh the price for plastic model plane kit is between 2.50 and 5 bucks for many American and foreign brands in 20th century. The price for plastic model tank is 8 bucks with motor or 6 bucks without motor for Japanese Takima brand. Wondering how much it is now Regards, Aharon

Heinkel He 100D-0 This plane is one of the few that flew on behalf of propaganda. The painting was pure fiction and so Goebbels newsreels suggested that the Bf 109 had a successor. In the Battle of Britain there were also some reports where a He 100 or a He 113 (propaganda fake for the He 100D) was said to have been shot down.

Deeknow, that sounds like a plan. Two more have just arrived :D The Britannia in Uniform and The CL-44 Swing Tail Freighter. I've still got a couple more, okay, a few more to arrive.

I have a money Box. I could've sworn there was a Roman coin in there. Meantime I'll see your Roman coin, and raise you 250 Roubles. Not quite 2023 338 -------- 1685 years old, but kinda exotic. The older notes tend to be the size of small blankets.

Very odd. It will be interesting to see what happens to all the carbon fibre in the airframe. It’s not recyclable as far as I know.

I actually experienced something close when on board an ATR, landing at Krakow a few years back. Thankfully he went around.. My GPS uses me as a mule: sends me on a route not of my choosing, I strongly suspect so it can tell everyone else NOT to use it!
