I always have a laugh at job ads with key words missing or mis-spelt.- shows up the quality standards of the organisation. "A current Australian or New Zealand (with Australian or New Zealand permanent residency) with access to all Jetstar ports."

The 138's which is JT model really are a very pretty machine, shorter with under fuselage fin .. they are the SPs of the 707s , I guess you would have to live in Auckland and been a regular out at the airport to track the first decade and follow up into mid 1980s to follow thru with 707 arrivals .

Wewak PNG now listed as an Int'l , back in 1998 It was no bigger than Hokitika, mind you it was international flight in some sense, I come down from Malaysia for a day.

Not happy times for Airwork pilots at the moment unless you are 737 rated :( That is an area I never thought off , deleting the the old machines , with your hours what would it take , and the cost to step up and transition to that rating?

Thanks for all your kind words guys, have been for a few since, and passed my ASL Flight Planning and Navigation exam last weekend, so I'm on my way! And you probably got those skill , flight planning and Navigation from flight sim ... , Your on your way B-)
