It is time someone did a Nanchang for flight sim I know someone did start one a couple of years ago but it never saw the light of day. I have had quite a few hrs in the back seat of the Nanchang a couple of them doing aerobatics and a few doing formation practice real good fun. Agreed! I searched highand low for one, but couldn't find one. It's a good looking aircraft and well worth doing, IMHO. Adam.

... don't people "rescue" their pile of junk found somewhere in the UK or wherever, and send it to the Real Experts at Ardmore to fix?? Thinking about it Charl , that is one other place that did have a Bristol on the airfield ... course you are completely correct , Gawd ! be interesting to see the list of aircraft rebuilt there the list would be huge!

Andrew ? museum or is it going to be parts ? ... guess any place that would take it would be MOTAT .. be better to stick it inside somewhere, Ashburton would be ideal swap and bring old BXE back to Wigram, get work done on that and bring it back up to RNZAF standard , thus saving both .... BUT I'm certain it will head offshore.

Ole PMDG must had a good scrape of cash when they released the 1900 eight years back, crikey even I brought one, they weren't exactly the prettiest aircraft were they.
