NZFF

The 500 was Josh's second model after the 222. As such, it's not as advanced as the 350 but it is still the best 500 out there for a sim. I wasn't involved in the initial development, only the updates so there are no NZ paints for it out of the box. There are plenty of options and the sounds are amazing.

Could be nice catch up. For sure, but if I go to that I can't do the airshow as well, although I might be able to get to the Chathams instead of the airshow. ATB Mike

Mr B , I'm pleased that you MSFS crew are happy ...it is a superb model. BUT, whenever I see a post from you ...I hold my breath...for a 2022 ..... I can understand that Leo - I've been a Reno fan since childhood so this is great for me, unfortunately I can't run it. Apparently the flight models are universal, which is disappointing but understandable as otherwise you'd have a field of Stregas and Voodoos!

Imagine if AFS4 embraced all the user feedback gained through the previous release! :unsure: I'd buy it if they made the camera work. It's always been a puzzle to me, a sim whose beauty is its best (only?) feature, and you need machine code to take a screenshot.

I think you Mean Sim Update 8? we have had SU7 today I Mean the next World Update 7 is coming in January, if you watched the Developer Q & A video they announced the next World Update 7 is Australia. Remember there are Two different types of MSFS Updates one is Core Sim Platform related known as SU and the other is a World Update providing Regional DEM and Bing Map Country Airport updates this is known as WU. You are correct Sim Update 7 or SU 7 was released today. The next Sim Update 8 will likely be out next Month or early January and will mostly be all about Bug smashing. That means...

This looks very good. NzA were/are supposed to be making NZQN as well my memory serves me correctly

If anyone is having issues with textures etc on these aircraft then check your SimMarket reciept (even though freeware) as it has download links for textures and extra files needed. Also check out this Avsim post for more info: Skunkworks info
