ZK-TCE is an amazing machine. One quiet afternoon I was filling up at the AVGAS pumps, it touched down abeam the aeroclub hangar and cruised to a stop next to the pumps to drop off some pax. Great shots!

Great find! I have these in my sim, and they pop up in random places, always a thrill to see. It's not as big as its payload would seem to indicate; a 747-400 is quite a bit longer, wingspan comparable. Here's one of my world-famous-in-NZ comparative line drawings:

A great batch Gavin. Those last 2: there is close, and then there is CLOSE! my word you could lean over and dust off the wingtip, aren't there rules about this sort of thing /ohmy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :o border= 0 alt= ohmy.gif /> Makes a nice desktop for the TV too (pressed into service during a HDD upgrade)

Here is some fantastic footage captured a few weeks ago during our photo shoot using the Spitfire as a camera ship to photograph the Mosquito and Vampire. Tony positioned his helicopter well to capture some fantastic footage with his amazing camera gear and what a cool souvineer to take away from an amazing flight. Am often asked how close the aeroplanes fly during our flights so this will give you a good idea.

QUOTE (HamiltonWest @ Dec 17 2012,12:09 PM) wow, we live an learn. And fascinating to read " The pilots claimed that they are only paid 5-10% of what pilots in the commercial sector receive. “A UPDF jet fighter pilot earns an average consolidated monthly pay of US$500" and that " In April Uganda’s Daily Monitor reported that Su-30 pilots were complaining of poor morale and low pay. Two of the eight pilots trained on the Flanker had left for better paid jobs" thanks for the information, very interesting. smooth landings.

QUOTE (Charl @ Dec 10 2012,9:59 AM) Now, when Adrian made his FS9 beastie, I thought he'd made a mistake with the perforated finish around door and window! I think it looks really goofy, what's the idea, then? I think its just to show off the exits and may notice the RESCUE pointing the window in the main door
