QUOTE (toprob @ Jan 18 2015,5:28 PM) I think I've found a new paint for my Cirrus. I fell in love with that Cirrus today when I saw it. The colour looks even better in real life. Even the registration markings are metallic.

QUOTE (jastheace @ Nov 28 2014,12:13 PM) well they may be in there one and off, but from what i understand they are heading northern destinations. dreamliners are flying out of brisbane at the moment. they are flying to bali. the dreamliners bring a whole new meaning to cattle class 335 seats with 30" pitch and 17" width. still cannot figure out why qantas canceled the orders for the dreamliners for their fleet. QUOTE (Peppermint @ Sep 11 2014,4:17 PM) I don't think so, it was parked in the deep freeze area where they normally go when there's VIPS or such. That would be our christian group - we chartered it from Auckland to Christchurch the 777-300 was used on the way down - and the 777-200 will be used tonight back to Auckland

QUOTE (victor_alpha_charlie @ Aug 18 2014,4:15 PM) Doubt it. Ground fine/Beta and Reverse aren't the same thing. In the B1900D we're not allowed to use reverse below 40kt, but ground fine is used almost constantly to keep taxi speed under control. I would assume the PAC is the same if it has the same type of engine. +1 for that. Same with us

QUOTE (cowpatz @ Aug 17 2014,6:22 PM) Nice shots. The black looks good on the B1900 but it is just too much on the larger types (777 and 787)...especially with the white or gray engine cowls. So is the black tail going to be the normal livery, or that fern one ?

Gav , those photo's come out seriously superb ... I am still seriously captured by that very first photo, if anyone needed a true profile that Hurricane one hit the spot ! I missed the Wildcat at Wanaka show, simply required to be somewhere else on the weekend. The Mosquito - showing a good description is the share size off the propeller disk and how well really shown in the photo.
