I like the work from Pacsim. Rarotonga, Nauru and Tonga Airport and Tonga Inland, Tuvalu and the Marshall Islands... all of them give us in Europe a impression of flying in the huge Pacific area. But... meanwhile they make a lot of big airports like Manila and Nagasaki. I understand it is a thing with money but for me the biggest thing is a renovated and with ORBX compaible Version of the Bushtreckers in Papua New Guinea...

Revision 1.5 is out now. Rev 1.5 UPDATES: All textures were re formated for 60% sharper clearity New texture weathering for all paint themes New texture for fuel selector Updated pilot's head with AO effects More AO effects added to the interior walls It does look a lot better externally. A shame they didn't update the sound as it still sounds like a C172 inside.

Gosh this is an old thread. It's got me thinking I should do some new write ups including the A2A 172 which completely eclipses the Flight 1 172

QUOTE (gojozoom @ Jan 12 2011, 12:08 PM) Hi Olderndirt, I actually modified everything on the aircraft. I found nice sounds, I used high resolution gauges from other aircraft, and I also tweaked the performace a bit to get closer to the real thing. The reason for all the effort? I really admire this plane and it's my real-world dream to get one. Anyway, if you send me a PM, I can email the changed config files and sounds (tweaked freeware from avsim). Dan PS: I'll send some screenies about the modified panel later on. Certainly would appreciate that. Got my first 500 hours in...

i have found that the 757 runs ok, about 15-20fps dependant on airport, but then some of my other advanced addons do the same. it is better with the service packs, and i guess it can only get better as hardware catch up and get more affordable. oh i have almost all my settings max or on step down
